If the hotel or the rental car provider does not manage to solve the problem please submit your feedback to us using the complaints form included in our travel terms and conditions under the heading “Complaints.” Feedback must be made in writing for any concerns regarding compensation for additional costs. If you are requesting compensation for additional costs, please attach your original receipts.
